NTS Automation specialise in designing, manufacturing, installing and commissioning systems utilising the Erwin Sick range of barcode scanners into many varied industrial situations, from food to paper manufacture, from hand held devices to scanner tunnels, permitting customised solutions for different identification problems.
The scanners can feature autofocus with integrated distance measurement function which ensures utmost reading reliability even for high plant throughput and the most diverse object sizes.
Due to their suitability for networking and using graphic visualisation they permit monitoring and controlling of the barcode scanners both locally and centrally from a control computer or from any place in the world. It is therefore possible to implement plant specific solutions toward preventive maintenance.
We work closely with the customer and with the back up of this major international manufacturer to develop solutions that not only meet the customer's current requirements but also plan for future developments.
